Port Captain

Representating the client to be his eyes and ears to determine the condition of the cargo at both, the load and destination port. To assist and supervise loading/discharging operations in coordination with vessel/terminal to optimize stow and safe cargo operations. Potentially supporting insurance requirements, claims, and carriers' liability.
